what is elliot doing wrong - he seems so sweet and has a great voice!

My two favourites in the show are Taylor and Bucky. Now that Bucky is gone my votes for him are gonna go to Elliot. I thought he was the best performer last week with an amazing rendition of the very difficult 'Somebody to Love'. As well as being a great singer last week, to me he seems like (along with Taylor) to be such a sweet, genuine guy, I thought the way his Mum spoke about him on the family bit was very sweet and moving too.

I was absolutey bewildered to see Elliot in the bottom three last week. He obviously (and thankfully) isn't doing as much self promotion or getting as much time as some of the others (i.e. Kellie) so I urge you if you like him, please vote for him this week he needs our votes!!

don't assume it's elliott doing anything wrong. after all, this is a country who elected george w. to a second term, so you know the voting record is spotty.

Just by your choices, you should know that it's not all about talent.

I appreciate your enjoyment of him. However, the consensus on him is that he is boring and does not generate much personal appeal or warmth. Randy Jackson has even remarked that he does not connect well.

Taylor may win, but Elliott should be going home in the next couple of weeks, three at the outset.

I think now that the real talent is gone, I'd like to see the two 'perceived' as having the least amount of talent make the top two. Elliot and Ace with Elliot winning. I just want to piss off Simon at this point.
